Sediment filter
City water enters through a fine filter first. It traps sand, rust, dirt, clay and old-pipe residue.
Removes: rust · dirt · pipe residue
- 2
Carbon filter
Activated carbon grabs chlorine like a magnet. This is why the water stops tasting and smelling like a pool.
Reduces: chlorine · odors
- 3
Second carbon filter
A second carbon stage catches the chemicals the first one missed, like solvents, pesticides and VOCs.
Reduces: solvents · pesticides · VOCs
- 4
Reverse osmosis
Water is pushed through a membrane so fine that almost only water gets through. Dissolved solids like lead, arsenic and fluoride are flushed down the drain.
Reduces: lead · arsenic · fluoride · dissolved solids
- 5
Polishing filter
One last carbon pass gives the water a clean, crisp, fresh finish.
Improves: taste
- 6
Alkaline minerals
Minerals and electrolytes are added back for a smooth, alkaline taste. This is the step that makes AquaBox taste different.
Adds: minerals · electrolytes
- 7
UV light
The last stop: water flows past a UV lamp that treats bacteria and microorganisms.
Treats: bacteria · microorganisms

TASTE THE DIFFERENCE
Our mission
Taste the difference.
AquaBox exists so every family can get clean, great-tasting water close to home, at a fair price.
We're a local company, and our stations sit at the neighborhood stores you already visit. Every gallon is purified in 7 stages and finished with alkaline minerals, because the water you drink every day should taste good.
We look after every machine like it's on our own street: fresh filters, honest prices and a real person to call when you need us.

How much is a 5-gallon water refill?
Prices are posted on every machine, and you can fill 1, 3 or 5 gallons. Refilling your own jug costs far less than buying new bottled water.
Is it alkaline water or purified water?
